Digital Product & No Refund Policy Notice
Because FreedomTax Pro delivers immediate access to proprietary cloud tax software, downloadable templates, digital business setups, and instant training resources, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE PURCHASED.
By completing your purchase on FreedomTax Pro, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing instant digital software access and resources, and you explicitly waive any right to a refund or chargeback.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, purchasing, or using FreedomTax Pro ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") services, software, website, or training materials, you ("Client," "User," or "You") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not purchase or use our services.
2. Digital Products & Strict No-Refund Policy
FreedomTax Pro provides digital software suites, automated marketing systems, business onboarding, CRM access, and educational materials.
- All Sales Are Final: Due to the immediate digital delivery and non-returnable nature of software access, digital setup, and intellectual property, no monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Chargebacks & Disputes: Any attempt to initiate a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company will result in immediate termination of software access, revocation of licenses, and referral to legal collection agencies.
- Risk-Free Performance Extension: As outlined on our website, if you do not recover your initial investment during your first active tax season, FreedomTax Pro will extend your software license and support free of charge for the following season. This performance extension is the sole remedy and does not constitute a cash refund.
3. Software License & Account Security
Upon purchase, FreedomTax Pro grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the software for your independent tax preparation practice. You are strictly prohibited from sharing, reselling, sublicensing, or distributing software credentials or proprietary materials to third parties.
4. IRS Compliance & Client Responsibilities
While FreedomTax Pro provides compliant software tools, you remain solely responsible for obtaining your own PTIN, EFIN (if applicable), state registrations, and for ensuring that all tax returns prepared by your firm comply with IRS regulations and federal law. FreedomTax Pro is a software and business growth provider, not a tax preparation firm, and does not prepare returns on your behalf.
5. Monthly Service Fees (Growth & Done-For-You Plans)
The Growth and Done-For-You packages include active CRM hosting, AI automation, and cloud communication infrastructure, which carry a recurring fee of $97/month. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time; however, previous monthly payments are strictly non-refundable, and cancellation will deactivate your CRM & AI automation features.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FreedomTax Pro, its officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the software or services. FreedomTax Pro's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service.
